Oversee construction effort to ensure project is constructed safely in accordance with design, budget, and schedule.

Estimating/Procurement

• Develop bidders list, including ability to analyze information and be aware of local market capabilities
• Manage distribution of bidding documents and tracking of bidders, including solicitation of bidders and management of data
• Review front end documents for bidding based on project needs and requirements
• Solicit, receive and evaluate bids from subcontractor and suppliers
• Write subcontracts, both standard subcontract orders and more complex

• Complete quantity take offs utilizing trades specific estimating software
• Assist in preparing proposal for submission to clients

Field Operations

• Assist with management of labor relations with field personnel, including interactions with tradespersons
• Manage equipment coordination and tracking process

• Manage RFI process.
• Manage submittal process.
• Assist Project Manager in development start up and kick off documents
• Perform labor productivity tracking process for all projects

Cost Management

• Develop cost for changes to the contract scope
• Maintain logs and reports related to contract amount and outstanding extras

• Review budget entries of others and evaluate reports for accuracy
• Regularly monitor project costs and effectiveness of change management process

Management

• Facilitate meetings with project team (Move to field operations)
• Ensure RFIs and submittals are being appropriately processed (Move to field operations)
• Oversee closeout of owner contract and acceptance of project processed (Move to field operations)

EDUCATIONAL/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience preferred
