POSITION SUMMARY

The Facilities Maintenance Coordinator 2 is a frontline support position for the daily operation of the campus. This position requires the execution of daily maintenance tasks to support the overall safety,

wellness, and functionality of the facility and our Team Members and requires general knowledge of building systems. This position receives guidance from the Sr Facilities Manager to schedule and prioritize tasks.

KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Promotes a safe and healthy workplace for Barton Malow Team Members, vendors, and visitors by ensuring that the overall appearance of the facility (inside/outside) is exceptional.

• Executes both scheduled and on-demand maintenance tasks and identifies and communicates

maintenance issues.

• Utilizes the facilities maintenance web-based software and completes documented inspections of building systems.

• Receives, schedules, and executes maintenance requests from Team Members.

• Supports meeting space set up as required.

• Supports vendors with access to spaces as well as ensures vendors are stocked with Barton Malow supplied items.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

• High school degree required

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to operate various hand tools

• Must be a provider of excellent customer service

• Ability to work in Microsoft Office Suite or related software necessary

WORK ENVIRONMENT/JOB CONDITIONS:

• Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time.

• Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds at a time.

• Must be able to bend, lift, stretch, climb, and crawl to maintain equipment and building.
