Position Summary: 

Responsible for supporting the HR Operations team by playing a key role in talent mobility, employee engagement, and employee relations in addition to providing general HR services to our team members. This entry-level role will assist with maintaining operational efficiency and ensuring a positive team member experience. 

Key Job Responsibilities: 

  • Assist in evaluating and refining HR programs to ensure best-in-class practices. 
  • Assist with and supports employee relations processes 
  • Partner with stakeholders to promote HR initiatives and share success stories. 
  • Provide administrative support for HR processes and documentation. 
  • Facilitate Onboarding Check-In (7-day meeting) to ensure new hires are transitioning smoothly and feel supported. 
  • Contribute to WeStaff assignments and manage employee roll-off reports. 
  • Support new subsistence requests by coordinating with necessary departments for approval. 
  • Handle specific voluntary resignation exit interviews. 

Work Environment/Job Conditions: 

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, Marketing, or related discipline required. 

Minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience in an HR Generalist capacity. 

Construction, Engineering, Automotive or other relevant industry HR experience preferred. 

Occasional short-term travel to other offices and events required, roughly 10%.
