POSITION SUMMARY

 

The role of the Leadership Development and Internal Teaming Manager is instrumental in developing and maintaining a robust portfolio of learning programs and experiences designed to enhance the leadership competencies of our team members. This position holds responsibility for overseeing all aspects of leadership development solutions, including design, implementation, marketing, delivery, evaluation, and continuous improvement. The Leadership Development and Internal Teaming Manager will also provide consulting and facilitative services for internal teaming initiatives strategically crafted to elevate team performance and cultivate increased engagement.

 

KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather input on leadership competencies and skills required for success.
  • Develop and implement innovative leadership development programs aligned with organizational goals and strategies.
  • Design and deliver engaging workshops, seminars, and coaching sessions to enhance leadership capabilities.
  • Facilitate internal teaming initiatives customized to meet the unique needs of the team, leveraging thoroughly researched and tailored solutions.
  • Utilize various learning modalities, including e-learning, workshops, simulations, and experiential learning opportunities.
  • Collaborate with People + Culture to integrate leadership development initiatives into talent management processes.
  • Collect and analyze feedback to make data-driven improvements to programs and initiatives.
  • Stay well-informed of industry best practices for leadership and team development trends.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to enhance and evolve our leadership and internal teaming programs.

 

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field is required.  A master’s degree in Organizational Development or relevant discipline is preferred.
  • 5+ years in Talent Development, Learning & Development, Organizational Development, HR or related fields. Prior experience in a people leader position is a plus.
  • Expertise in learning design and advanced group/team facilitation. 
  • Proficient in end-to-end program management skills encompassing needs assessment, design, development, and facilitation.
  • Certifications such as Hogan, DISC, 16PF, MBTI are preferred.
  • Familiarity with tools like InDesign, XML/HTML, Video, SharePoint, and Articulate 360.

 

WORK ENVIRONMENT/JOB CONDITIONS:

 

  • Travel will be required based on Company needs.
